On technical, unstable or changing trails, the Asics Trabuco 14 trail running shoe is designed above all to inspire confidence and deliver stability with every stride. The lightweight, breathable technical mesh upper promotes airflow while minimising unnecessary reinforcements. This construction strikes an excellent balance between support and ventilation, which is essential for longer outings. Grip is guaranteed by the outsole with ASICSGRIP coating, engineered to maintain reliable traction on dry, wet or uneven terrain alike. Cushioning relies on FF BLAST MAX foam, now thickened by 2 mm compared to the previous version. This setup ensures effective shock absorption upon impact while maintaining a responsive energy return, ideal for picking up speed and tackling rolling sections. Even with this extra cushioning, the Trabuco 14 remains impressively light at around 281 g per shoe. The fit has been specifically reworked to enhance midfoot support, limiting internal movement on off-camber sections. Meanwhile, the wider forefoot improves comfort during long runs. The stone guard completes the package by protecting your foot from obstacles.
