The Salomon X Ultra hiking shoe range consists of low-cut or mid-cut models, suitable for both men and women. These shoes are particularly lightweight, allowing you to walk quickly on trails. Catering to the needs of a wide range of hikers, everyone can find their ideal pair, especially since there are versions with or without a Gore-Tex membrane. You can therefore choose a low-cut hiking shoe without a membrane for summer outings in mild weather. If you want more support and stability around the ankles, the mid-cut versions are made for you. To cope with changing conditions, it may be wise to opt for a model equipped with a Gore-Tex membrane providing waterproofness and breathability. If you only hike in good weather and therefore do not need waterproof shoes, a version without a membrane is perfectly suitable.
