Redline Pole: light and sturdy

The Madshus Redline cross-country skiing pole is a revolution in Nordic skiing, offering an amazing weight/stiffness ratio with its full carbon shaft (54g/m). Its aerodynamic design shaped like a droplet, reduces air resistance and improves performance. With a natural cork grip and ergonomic wrist strap, it guarantees optimal hand feel and power transfer. The TBS basket system enables quick and easy changes to adapt the poles to any snow condition. With a diameter of 16 mm at the grip and 10 mm at the basket, this pole combines light weight and strength for the most demanding skiers.

The use of Carbon technology in the Redline range

Carbon technology is a key element of the Redline range, optimising the skis’ control and performance. By using carbon fibre in the skis’ construction, Madshus guarantees excellent stiffness and torsional resistance, while keeping the weight down.

Triaxial Carbon Construction, featured on the Skate F2 model, consists of carbon and fiberglass strands wrapped around the core. This construction guarantees lively response and excellent stiffness, offering dynamism and performance to skiers.

3D integrated Carbon Base, as described on the Redline Skate boot model, transfers the energy directly to the ski and offers incredible stability. Moulded in a single piece, it wraps the contours of the foot, minimising material layers between the skier and ski for a more direct contact and improved control.

The Redline pole uses ultra-high modulus carbon for optimal stiffness and a low weight, guaranteeing direct and efficient power transfer.
