"From groomers to powder, i'll help you find the gear you need. The only thing that's left for you is, have fun on the slopes! Call me on 020 3129 3301."

SUVs are trendy, even on the slopes: Scott decided to name their all-terrain ski the SUV, meaning Snow Utility Vehicle. This brand 2018 ski looks quite like a The Ski yet it is more manoeuvrable. It is designed to satisfy a greater number of skiers and it is less expensive…so this is the perfect ski to have good times with a good ski without having to spend all your money on it.

What can the Scott SUV ski do?

The SUV will deliver you endless versatility. With its 88 to 93mm waist (depending on the length) this true all-mountain ski enables you to alternate between the pistes and fresh snow. Thanks to this rather easy-to-steer and physically undemanding ski you can improve your level at your own pace, work on your turns and officially start to carve. The SUV delivers a solid grip and allows for snappy edge to edge transfers. It may have one drawback only: its stability, especially if you ride super fast on the steeps. To boost the all-terrain performance, Scott designed a tip rocker to provide you with added floatation on fresh snow and to guarantee manoeuvrability even on slush and transformed snow.

Who is the Scott SUV ski designed for?

With the SUV, Scott is targeting skiers who have always dreamt of a The Ski but couldn’t afford it, both technically and financially. Thanks to Scott, you can now own a high quality ski designed for both powder and piste. With this versatile ski you can play on the entire mountain!

What are the main assets of the Scott SUV ski?

A Scott inexpensive ski

Tips & advice

On, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
