The Bushido III is a trail running shoe that is exceptionally lightweight with an aggressive design, engineered for short to medium distance runs. This mountain-oriented shoe was originally developed for skyrunning competitions. It features a host of complementary technologies designed to enhance your performance across a wide range of terrain, while maximising comfort and support. The men’s version weighs 300 grams per shoe, while the women’s version comes in at 250 grams.

Main features:

  • TPU skeleton (with STB Control construction): integrated into the midsole, this technology ensures excellent overall stability through better distribution of pressure points, particularly along the medial side of the foot. The result: perfect control, even on uneven ground.
  • Bi-mesh FriXion Red outsole: this sole provides superb traction on varied terrain while remaining durable. It guarantees outstanding grip in all conditions, ensuring secure footing with every stride. The Impact Brake System technology uses specific tread patterns under the shoe to provide reliable traction on descents and effective impact absorption.
  • Insoles: the Bushido III includes multiple sole components. The compression-moulded EVA midsole with Stability Control System delivers enhanced cushioning and effective shock absorption, while the 4 mm Ortholite Ergonomic insole adds long-lasting comfort.
  • Breathable Air Mesh upper: this allows you to push your limits without your feet overheating. It ensures essential ventilation for all types of runs.
  • Reinforcements: on this model, to provide effective protection against impacts from rocks or exposed roots, there’s a robust toe rand at the front along with thermoplastic film protection elements.
  • New heel design: it provides improved heel hold for maximum fit comfort.
