The Zero G Decoy 130 features a polyurethane shell, a GripWalk sole and a 130 flex. It is heavier but also delivers power transfer and stiffness closer to those of an alpine ski boot. It is better suited to freeride touring where downhill performance remains the priority.

What is the difference between the Tecnica Zero G Decoy 130 and Decoy Pro?

Both models have a 130 flex and use a GripWalk sole with Low Tech inserts, but their construction and locking mechanisms differ. In particular, the Decoy Pro adds the Double Blocking Mobility system and a reinforced construction designed to deliver more direct power transmission.

The Decoy 130 remains exceptionally stiff but offers a more progressive feel. The Decoy Pro provides even more immediate power transfer and is aimed at skiers seeking the most reinforced model in the Decoy family.

What is the last width of Tecnica Zero G boots?

Zero G models have a 99 mm last. This provides a close, performance-oriented fit suited to narrow feet or medium-width feet when the skier is looking for a high degree of precision. Zero G boots should not be considered naturally wide-fitting.

The heat-mouldable C.A.S. shells and liners allow the fit to be customised, but heat moulding is no substitute for choosing the correct last width.
