Description
Pro model of skier Sammy Carlson, the Whitewalker 116 from Armada is a big backcountry ski. 116 mm at the waist and wide tips with rocker and the Smear Tech technology, a specific tip shape to enhance even more the floatability and smoothness in pow. Twin-tip, of course, it is meant to send a trick switch or land fakie at any given moment. The ski is not too heavy, with a Caruba wood core allowing it to weigh around 1800 per ski in size 185 cm. However, it does not lack power and stability, enabling to surf at Mach II in pow without chattering and do the same in transformed snow. A rather exclusive ski, meant for expert skiers who enjoy getting upside down.
