Description
The Atomic Backland 107 is a freetouring-dedicated ski, offering lightness, stability and amazing sensation when descending, to trace beautiful lines in the backcountry.
What is the programme of the Atomic Backland 107 ski?
The Backland 107 has a core that cleverly pairs caruba and poplar wood types, offering an ultra-lightweight combination that will make climbing easy. For added power and stability without weight penalty, Atomic featured the Carbon Backbone carbon insert which reinforces the ski. In addition, the Duracap construction enhances the strength compared to a full sidewall construction, while making the ski more manoeuvrable and responsive when turning. With its 107 mm waist and double rocker, the Backland 107 ski will allow you to trace perfect trajectories on powder, without ever sinking in the snow. The tip benefits from the HRZN construction, making it 10% wider to improve the ability to lift when skiing soft backcountry snow.
Who is the Atomic Backland 107 ski for?
We recommend this model to advanced and expert skiers looking for a high-performance, lightweight ski to enjoy good snow conditions in the backcountry, while retaining the versatility to ski groomers.
