Product description — E Cloud Q11 Pt

The Atomic E Cloud Q11 Pt is a versatile performance piste ski for women, designed to vary turn radii on all types of groomed snow, from wide, flowing turns on the morning’s velvety snow to tight turns in the afternoon’s heavy snow.

What are the features of the Atomic E Cloud Q11 Pt ski?

With a 78 mm waist and a multi-radius sidecut, it effortlessly switches between long and short turns depending on your preference. The classic camber maintains edge-to-snow contact along the entire length of the ski, ensuring solid grip on hard snow. The Light Woodcore combined with a titanium layer provides the stability and responsiveness needed to ski fast while maintaining a smooth ride. The World Cup base finish ensures smooth glide on groomed slopes.

Who is the Atomic E Cloud Q11 Pt ski designed for?

This ski is designed for intermediate to advanced female skiers who are already technically comfortable and are looking for a responsive piste ski capable of handling a variety of turns and snow conditions without having to change equipment.

What are the main features of the Atomic E Cloud Q11 Pt ski?

Stability

Does the Cloud Q11 allow you to vary the size of your turns?

Yes. Its multi-radius sidecut is specifically designed to transition from wide carved turns to short turns depending on your skiing style and edge pressure.

Does the Cloud Q11 perform well on hard snow?

Yes. The titanium layer and classic camber ensure good edge grip on hard snow, and the World Cup finish improves glide.

Does the Cloud Q11 handle well in soft, late-afternoon snow?

Yes. Its waist, which is slightly wider than that of the slimmest piste skis, provides support when the snow softens or changes in the late afternoon.

What’s the difference between the Cloud Q11 and the Cloud C14 Revoshock S?

The Q11 is more versatile thanks to its multi-radius sidecut and wider waist, making it suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers. The C14 Revoshock S is a stiffer, performance-oriented piste ski with a narrower waist, designed for short turns and intended for more physically capable expert skiers.

Tips and advice

How to choose the length of your skis?

After using our calculator, you can explore further with our guides (depending on your skiing style):

And to see the method in action, here’s our video tutorial (example focused on piste / all-mountain skiing, with useful benchmarks whatever your style).

How to choose the size of your piste and all-mountain skis?

At glisshop.co.uk, you’ll find one of the most comprehensive ski selections available online. To choose the right pair, start with three simple criteria: your ability level, your preferred terrain (piste, all-mountain, freeride, freestyle, touring), and your budget.

To refine your selection, several options are available:

  1. The advanced search tool: located at the top of each category page, it allows you to filter by brand, skill level, discipline, and more. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the range and easily find the models best suited to your skiing style.

  2. Contact us on 020 3129 3301: a pair of skis is a technical piece of equipment. Before placing your order, it’s best to make sure the model truly meets your expectations. Our team is here to advise you.

To go further and understand the differences between ski types, take a look at our comprehensive guide 'Which skis to choose?'.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.

Setting the release value of your bindings is a major safety issue.

In order to fully function and ensure safety, your bindings need to be set according to the Afnor FD S 52-748 standard. We wrote down a guide to help you find out the release value matching your needs.
