The Zag brand offers touring, freeride and all-mountain skis, including the Zag Ubac range. With the Slap Zag skis, the brand takes a more playful approach, using twin-tip shapes and double rocker profiles. Zag Slap 92: the most versatile option for resort skiing

The Zag Slap 92 is the most resort-focused model in the range. With a 92 mm waist, traditional camber and double rocker, it combines a reassuring feel on piste with easy pivoting when the terrain or snow conditions change. Its twin-tip shape also makes switch skiing possible and provides greater freedom to play with natural terrain features.

Zag designed it for everything from carving to jumps and slashes. Its multi-radius shape enhances manoeuvrability and allows skiers to vary their turn shapes. It is aimed at intermediate to advanced skiers looking for a single ski to use on groomed runs, at the side of the piste and through patches of fresh snow.

Zag Slap 100: with a stronger freeride focus

The Zag Slap 100 sits at the heart of the range, offering a more freeride- and backcountry freestyle-oriented ride. Still built around traditional camber, double rocker and a twin-tip shape, it retains the playful character of the Slap family while being more capable in fresh off-piste snow.

Its progressive flex is softer in the tip and firmer underfoot, helping it absorb chopped-up snow while maintaining support. It suits intermediate to advanced skiers who want to alternate between fresh powder, tracked-out snow, tree runs, piste-side terrain and groomed links over the course of a single day.

Zag Slap 112: for deep-snow days

The Zag Slap 112 is the most specialised model in the line-up. Its wide waist and pronounced tip and tail rockers are designed to maximise float and help the ski plane to the surface as the snow gets deeper.

Its twin-tip design retains the backcountry freestyle DNA of the Slap range, but its natural habitat is undoubtedly deep snow. It is intended for advanced to expert skiers primarily seeking float, easy pivoting and stability across wide-open powder fields. For predominantly piste-based use or mixed snow conditions, the Slap 92 and Slap 100 are better suited.
