Description

Every skier who tried the Enforcer last year loved it. For this new season, Nordica has decided to extend the Enforcer series to reach out to a larger audience. That’s why the former Enforcer is now called the Enforcer 100 and it returns with all the major assets that made this ski a best seller.

What can the Nordica Enforcer 100 freeride ski do?

If there’s only one ski you can try this winter, this is the one. This model can do everything. Built on a freeride profile with a tip-rocker and a dual layer of titanal for added stiffness, the ski rips both hard and soft snow. On powder, it floats immediately and plows through the crud thanks to a powerful tip that destroys any obstacle on its way. Despite the stiff and demanding construction, the ski remains under control and allows long and stylish lines in the deep. Surprisingly, it works great on the hardpack too. Despite its generous sidecuts it feels pretty responsive and holds well on its edge throughout the turn. Of course it’s not a slalom ski and linking tight turns on groomers is not an easy thing to do but you’re not buying a 100mm waisted ski to slalom on piste, are you?

Who’s the Nordica Enforcer 100 freeride ski designed for?

It’s made for advanced up to expert skiers who want an efficient freeride model that can still be used in the resort when off piste conditions aren’t good.

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
