Description

The Rossignol Sender Soul 102 ski is part of the brand's new freeride range, designed for skiers seeking adventures off the beaten track. Its twin rocker construction and progressive sidecut provide exceptional manoeuvrability, ideal for navigating through trees or varied terrain. This versatile ski combines power, float, and grip, offering a smooth and playful experience, while remaining accessible to those wishing to venture into freetouring.

What is the Rossignol Sender Soul 102 ski made for?

With a waist width of 102 mm, the Sender Soul 102 is ready to tackle all snow conditions. Its double rocker design enhances float in powder while allowing for quick and fluid turns on mixed terrain. The ski's robust construction includes a PEFC-certified wood core, a poplar core from sustainably managed forests ensuring dynamic handling and excellent power transfer. Technologies such as the Air Tip and the Drive Tip Solution reduce inertia for improved manoeuvrability, while the titanal reinforcement provides the necessary stability during challenging runs.

Who is the Rossignol Sender Soul 102 ski aimed at?

This model is aimed at intermediate to expert level skiers. Thanks to its versatile turn radius and traditional camber, it offers precision and control for those who master their lines on various types of slopes. The twin-tip shape also allows backcountry freestyle enthusiasts to perform switch tricks with ease.

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
