Description

The H86 Lady conceals a big potential that should please many female riders this winter! Easy to handle yet quite powerful for when you want to bomb the hills, it's an effective all-mountain ski that works wonders on piste and on soft snows. Ideal to ride all-season long!

What's on the agenda for the Zag H86 Lady ski?

The H86 Lady will follow you in all your adventures in the resort, no matter the conditions! Its versatility makes it redoutable on piste but you also get nice performances on crud or spring snows. In addition, with the 88mm waist width and double rocker, you can even venture on the light powder of the sides. If you'd rather attack the slopes at full speed, no problem, the wood core feels very reactive and you'll be able to carve like a madman on piste. You'll enjoy a total control and an astonishing grip on hardpack thanks to the classic camber on all the length, perfect to step up the pace and vary the pleasures!

Who is the Zag H86 Lady ski for?

This ski was made for intermediate-level riders who want a ski that's both versatile and performant on piste. More advanced riders who like to attack with a strong edge-hold will love it too.

What are the main assets of the Zag H86 Lady?

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
