Description

The Nordica Enforcer 88 ski ensures great performances on piste thanks to its construction which promotes power and precision. When looking for fresh snow on the sides of groomed runs in the afternoon, it will provide surprising responsiveness, allowing to play in moguls. With this model, you can fully enjoy the resort, from the morning to the evening.

What is the program of the Nordica Enforcer 88 ski?

The Enforcer 88 is an all-mountain ski designed for a versatile program split between groomed runs and the areas around them. Because of its 88 mm wide waist, it can provide good sensations in the morning’s shallow powder, if you wake up early enough though. On groomed snow, the construction based on a wood core surrounded by metal sheets and carbon layers on the entire length of the ski guarantees great skiability. The slightly raised front tip and rear rocker allow to pivot with ease, for a nimble behaviour on any type of snow. The tip is even lighter to facilitate manoeuvres and improve the smoothness of the glide. The sandwich construction paired to the classic camber on a great area of the ski promote grip and precision. To sum it up, the Enforcer 88 is at the same time, powerful and nimble, perfect for fun and all-round skiing.

Who is the Nordica Enforcer 88 ski for?

The Enforcer 88 is perfect for advanced or expert skiers looking for a powerful and responsive ski. It is specifically dedicated to skiers who want to mix things up and ski all-around the resort, on piste in the morning and off-piste in the afternoon. Its versatility and responsiveness will be appreciated by skilled skiers who want the session to never stop.

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
