Description

The Zero G 105 is the largest ski of that Zero G series. That wider waist results in a slightly heavier ski but also in more capability in soft snow. Like its narrowest brothers they remain lightweight, allowing you to go for long touring sessions but allow you to enjoy the powder a lot more.

What is the programme of the Blizzard Zero G 105

The Blizzard Zero G 105 is made of a lightweight but rigid construction and a well-thought directional shape. Hence, those skis offer stability, and precision while not weighing much and allowing you to climb the mountain for several hours. The 105mm waist also makes it easy to float in the powder. Those skis are made for the ones who are looking for fresh snow and who do not mind having a ski slightly less reactive skis compared to the other skis of the series to feel better on soft snow. Those Blizzard Zero G 105 remain effective on hard snow and can be used in couloirs as well thanks to the straight shape and the rigidity of the skis. They are trustworthy friends that will not let you down when it is important not to.

Who is the Blizzard Zero G 105 for?

The Zero G 105 is made for a skier with a good technic who usually climbs for several hours and really enjoys fresh snow. The rigidity of the skis makes it performing on hard snow but demanding. Consequently, it requires a good technic to enjoy those skis and to direct them the way you want.

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
