What are the Armada ARV all-mountain freestyle skis?

The Armada ARV series brings together playful, twin-tip skis designed for all-terrain use with a freestyle DNA. Built for men and juniors, with the women’s equivalent being the Armada ARW, these skis let you link tricks in the park while staying comfortable in powder. The twin-tip shape allows switch skiing and smooths out landings and spins. Most models feature a profile combining camber underfoot with a double rocker for a balanced mix of power, forgiveness, and float, while the ARV 84, aimed at beginners, uses a more traditional profile to maximise edge grip and progression. Same geometry, beefed-up construction for greater precision and stability at speed, with slightly less forgiveness.

ARV 106 Ti

The Armada ARW series is the women’s counterpart to the ARV line—fun, agile all-mountain freestyle skis ranging from 84 to 100 mm for park and all-round use, plus a dedicated powder version, the ARW 116 VJJ (UL). All feature a twin-tip shape for switch skiing, camber underfoot framed by tip and tail rockers for a blend of pop, edge hold, and pivot, and a construction built to withstand park abuse.

Where are Armada skis made?

Although the Armada brand retains its American DNA with headquarters in Park City, Utah, its ski production is primarily based in Europe under Amer Sports, notably at the Atomic factory in Altenmarkt, Austria, with additional volumes produced at the group’s facility in Chepelare, Bulgaria.
