Freestyle and Backcountry Ski Range
The skis in the Studio range are built with poplar wood cores, offering the perfect balance of flex and stiffness. This material delivers excellent pop and vibration dampening, even on challenging snow conditions. They also feature fibreglass and carbon fibre reinforcements, which enhance the core’s responsiveness and rebound without adding extra weight. Torsional strength is further improved. The Stomp Pad, made from carbon and rubber, is located underfoot to add power and protect the core from heavy impacts on rails. The Microcap construction protects the tips and tails of the skis.
These skis provide excellent stability for landing jumps. The models come in various waist widths, ranging from 83mm to 102mm. The traditional camber in the middle ensures superb edge grip, while the double rocker enhances manoeuvrability and performance on variable snow. The twin tip shape is ideal for skiing backwards just as easily as forwards. Faction Studio skis are designed to help you nail tricks on the entire mountain.
