Description

It's hard to classify it between freeride and freestyle, as this board goes well on all types of snow while maintaining great trick options. Offering grip, lift and stability, without being too directional and rigid, it's the snowboard designed for any condition!

What is the program of the snowboard K2 Manifest Team?

The Manifest Team has a shape that offers great skills on all terrains, without being too directional. Thus, if the rocker is more pronounced on the front spatula than on the back and the position of the feet is very slightly reclined in order to ease transitions on all types of snow and improve flotation in powder, it remains light and we also find the same width between the nose and tail. You can therefore vary the terrains as you wish, alternating between on and off-piste, while being able to make a little switch. The Bambooyah Pro Core is reinforced with fiberglass and carbon fiber over its entire length, as well as additional carbon strips on the bindings, offering lots of bounce and stability. Still, the Manifest Team is not too physically demanding, even offering playability to easily pop ollies and place a few presses.

Who is the K2 Manifest Team snowboard for?

We recommend this model to experienced or expert snowboarders looking for a snowboard that will allow them to engage in strong descents on all terrains, while maintaining comfort, great freestyle options and the possibility to ride in the park.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
