Why buy a Capita snowboard in a pack with bindings ?
Because Capita snowboards are beautiful
Capita is clearly one of the snowboard brands that works the most on the graphics of its boards. When some companies whose names we won't mention are satisfied with the minimum, Capita takes the lead in developing innovative printing technologies to obtain superbly finished boards that showcase the work of artists and graphic designers. Each board has its own theme: dark for the Black Snowboard Of Death, space for the Mercury and Outerspace Living, feminine and mystical for the DOA, Japanese for the Kazu Kokubo, etc. A Capita showroom is a real museum!
Because Capita snowboards are made in a futuristic factory.
Nicknamed "The Mothership", or "the mother ship" in English, the Capita factory was built in the heart of the Austrian Alps. This building is a jewel of ecological architecture since it emits no CO2 emissions and operates entirely on two natural resources: water and ammonia. The water is taken from a river adjacent to the factory and circulates in a closed circuit in order to be returned intact to mother nature at the end of the cycle. Futuristic both by its name and the technologies it uses, this factory is a model for the entire snowboard industry.
Because Capita snowboards are eco-responsible
In addition to the means of production described above, Capita also monitors the impact and origins of the materials it uses. Indeed, the brand works with FSC certified wood cores for the vast majority if not all of its snowboards. Thus, the wood used comes from sustainably managed forests in order to protect natural resources and biodiversity. For better performance, Capita sometimes adds materials such as carbon or titanium, but the brand also works with sustainable materials such as basalt, linen or bamboo. Finally, all these materials are assembled with an ecological glue, Magic Bean Resin, which is composed of 60% bio-sourced materials.
Because some of the best snowboarders ride for Capita
Of course, beautiful and high performance snowboards, made with great care in Europe, it attracts riders! The brand therefore has a particularly brilliant team of snowboarders, ranging from UFO jib and freestyle Scott Stevens, the Japanese Kazu Kokubo, half-pipe champion and no less impressive in backcountry, through Kevin Backstrom or the Canadian freestyle Jess Kimura. Enough to make beautiful videos and beautiful pro-models!
