Nostalgic for the French snowboard brand APO?
APO, they are only 3 letters, but they have marked the French and international snowboarding landscape. As a reminder, this mythical brand was created in 2003 by snowboarder Régis Rolland, already known for the legendary Apocalypse Snow videos and for having created other snowboard brands such as Apocalypse Surf and A-Snowboards. APO snowboards have become a must, with quality constructions and unforgettable graphics such as the mushroom decoration available in all sauces. No need to look elsewhere, Glisshop is the only shop to offer the latest APO boards. After the financial setbacks of the brand, the shaper Eric "Bob" Bobrowcz wanted to give it a last breath by developing 4 APO snowboards for 2018 - 2019. Unfortunately Bob died suddenly before the end of the project and he didn't have time to see these four models on the market. Bob's family, friends and partners went through with the project and Glisshop offers you these 4 APO snowboards exclusively.
APO Blend
The APO Blend snowboard is the entry-level model. It is a board that is very accessible technically and that allows you to progress on all terrains. It is slightly tapered at the back and the position of the feet is offset by a few centimetres, to allow you to take turns more easily. The flex is playful and the camber offers grip on the track while remaining fairly forgiving in case of technical faults. The best way to have fun all over the resort.
APO Line
The Line is not new to APO, as it was already in the brand's old catalogues. However, for this last edition 2018 - 2019, it has become a little more freestyle while keeping a nice versatility. Tonic and playful, it works on all terrains thanks to its slightly directional shape, while remaining well balanced for switching and tricks.
APO Iconic FR and Iconic FS
Available in freeride and freestyle versions for winter 2018 - 2019, the Iconic is one of the most popular models at APO. Decorated with the mushrooms that have dressed so many APO snowboards, the Iconic will delight nostalgic fans of the brand. The FS version is a twin-tip, tonic and perfectly symmetrical to rain tricks all over the resort, while the FR version focuses on on-piste and off-piste turns with its directional shape.
